What we're about

About Siplo

Siplo makes self-guided wine-country day trips. We curate the routes, flag the practical details, and hand the driving to your maps app, so you can just turn up and taste.

Get Siplo — free routes to start

Siplo is a self-guided wine-touring app. Instead of a booked coach tour, you get curated multi-stop routes through wineries, breweries, distilleries and cideries, each ordered to flow, with notes on what to taste and which cellar doors take walk-ins. Tap Start and the day hands off to Apple or Google Maps.

How we curate

Curated by hand, region by region.

Chosen, not scraped

Every route is picked and ordered by hand. No algorithm, no auto-generated list of whatever's nearest.

The ones buses skip

We go looking for the small, boutique producers a coach can't fit, not just the big names out on the highway.

The practical details

Which stops take walk-ins, what's worth tasting, and live opening hours, so you're never turned away or left at a locked door.

What you won't find

  • No account to make and nothing to sign up for.
  • No tracking, and nothing about you sold on.
  • No subscription. Unlock a route once and it's yours forever.
  • No paid placements. We list the stops we'd send a friend to, not the ones that pay to be there.

Where Siplo works

Siplo is live in Niagara wine country, Ontario, with around 90 cellar doors mapped across the benches and Niagara-on-the-Lake. More regions are on the way. New to it all? Here's how a self-guided wine tour works.
